Crown
Cave
Crown
Cave is located in Grassland Town southern
suburbs of Guilin. The cave gets its name
because it looks like a crown. It has a
great gate facing Li River and the cave
stream enters into Li River. The cave is
further divided into four caves connecting
with each other.
There
are stalagmite and stalactite attached in
the top of the outer cave with spacious
and bright appearance. You can sail into
the cave from Li River. Looking outside
gives you a full view of the hanging stalactite,
with purple mist which creates a poetic
charm in this cave. If you travel in a boat
on Li River, after about two hours' sailing
from Guilin to Yangshuo, you will see the
wonderful scenery of the Crown Cave.
Reed
Flute Cave
The
Reed Flute Cave is praised as "the
art hall created by nature".
The
track of tourists is prosperous from Tang
Dynasty. From 1959 when it was developed,
it has been a must for every tourist to
Guilin.
