What happens if my flight is delayed?
The vehicle will wait for up to an hour and a half at no charge. After this time you may be liable for a waiting charge.

How do I find my driver?
Normally the our driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with a ChinaTravelHub.com sign and your party’s name.

How long will I have to wait at the airport?
You do not need to wait. Your vehicle will be at the airport for the scheduled arrival of your flight.

I have lost my luggage, can you collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.

I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Contact our staff, giving details of the transfer, and the missing items. We will then endeavour to deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable.

Can you pick me up from an Airport Hotel rather than the airport itself and take me to my destination?
Sure.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop enroute?
Our transfers are normally direct, door-to-door.
