All taxes and hotel service charge have been included in the room rate advertised on our webpage. However, hotels a few cities (for example Tianjin, Guilin, and Sanya etc) charge a small local tax (usually RMB5 to RMB 15) as well. We will clearly state all the taxes in the confirmation voucher.

Q. Do you offer special discounts for travel industry personnel, students and senior citizens?

ChinaTravelHub.com offers hotel rates which are already discounted. Unless you book 5 rooms or more, no further discounts can be enjoyed on top of the discounts we offer.

Q. How can I pay the hotel?

You usually pay directly to the hotel when you check out. Some hotels require prepayment or credit card guarantee during the peak period.

Q. Will the prices change during the holidays?

Q. Do you need my credit card information?

Credit card information usually is not required. We will book for you in advance and when you arrive you directly pay at the front desk of the hotel when you check out. During the peak travel season, some hotels will ask for credit card information. We will inform you about the payment method when we receive your first email.
