The Hall contains a three star hotel with a total of 264 rooms ranging from standard room to large suite. All of the rooms are equipped with DDD/IDD telephones, satellite televisions and central air-conditioning.

The hotel's main lean is towards business and science and as such the facilities for business are exceptionally good. There is a convention center that boasts a 600-seat conference hall with facilities for simultaneous interpretation in a number of languages and modern acoustic equipment, a 300-seat performance telecast hall with advanced facilities for audio and video broadcast and screening, 20 meeting rooms of various sizes for meetings/functions/seminars etc., as well as a 1000 meter squared function hall that is ideal for scientific and technical exhibition. Facilities of more common use include a business center that has telex, cable, fax, photocopying and secretarial services, an outdoor tennis court, a gym, a shopping arcade and a disco. Flight and train tickets can be booked from the ticket office.

The hotel has a banquet hall that has a total of 10 restaurants within, with cuisine of Cantonese, Sichuan, Shandong, Beijing and Western styles.
