How Does It Work?

You are very important for us! By supporting you, we increase our business as well as yours. Due to the inconvenience of international flights booking and payments transferring, we prefer that our potential clients deal with you directly. There is absolutely no risk involved and the return is great!

Being our partner, you are eligible to choose several or all of our well-designed China tour packages and promote them as your products. We will provide all the information related to traveling in China. You can fax and e-mail us 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. We do all the tour operations in China, (airport pick up service, hotel reservation, transportation, air and train tickets booking, English-speaking guide etc.) We also can design independent China tour itinerary for your customers.

You directly make contact with customers, and perform operations such as promoting the China tour packages, booking international air tickets, applying China visa, arranging travel insurances and collecting the service fees.

Prices and Payments

You determine what percentage of net revenue you earn! Based on our very low land only wholesale price, you can set your own retail price, which you think is profitable and reasonable according to your local condition. You are supposed to collect the service fees from customers and wire transfer the wholesale payment amount to us two weeks prior to the departure date.

Global Partner Program Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (THE "PARTNER") AND CHINATRAVELHUB.COM BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE GLOBAL PARTNER PROGRAM REQUIRES YOU TO AGREE TO BE LEAGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ENROLL TO BE A PARTNER.

ChinaTravelHub.com reserves the right to modify or amend this partner program agreement at any time and for any reason. If there is any change, ChinaTravelHub.com will inform partners prior to implementing the change.

OVERVIEW

This Partner Program Agreement (this "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your becoming a member of the Global Partner Program. The purpose of this agreement is to allow you to sell our travel products. Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," "our," and "ours" will mean the ChinaTravelHub.com, and "you," "your," and "yours" will mean the Partner.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO?

As a member of the Global Partner Program, you will choose several or all of our well-designed China tour packages and promote them as your products. We will provide all the information related to traveling in China. We do all the operation in China, (Airport Pick up Service, Hotel Reservation, Transportation, Air Tickets and Train Tickets booking within China, English-speaking guide etc.)

Identify Yourself as a Partner

If your application is approved we will send a confirm letter to you.
Even though you are a member of the Global Partner Program, you may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between you and us, nor may you express or imply any relationship or affiliation between us and you or any other person or entity except as expressly permitted by this Agreement

Maintain Your Services

It is your responsibility to make contact with customers, and do works such as promoting the tour packages, booking international air tickets, applying China visa, arranging travel insurances and collecting the service fees.

The maintenance and updating of your services will be your responsibility. Since the travel information is updated often, if you become a member of the Global Partner Program it will be necessary for you to update the content of your services on a regular basis to maintain consistency and accuracy for customers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND

We Can Monitor Your Services

You agree that we have the right to monitor your brochure and flyer, which contain information related to our tour products at any time and from time to time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to notify you of any changes that we feel should be made.

The Policies for the Bookings and Purchases

Customers who purchase travel services will be considered as your customers. All of your rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and ticket bookings, order cancellation, return and refund policy will apply to those customers.

You Cannot Send Out Publicity Without Our Consent

You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written, electronically transmitted or other form of publicity material that makes reference to us without first submitting the material to us and receiving our consent. We agree that our consent will not be unreasonably withheld. If you fail to comply with this requirement, we may terminate the contract upon notice to you.

Agreement and Associated Contract Termination

Either you or ChinaTravelHub.com may terminate this Agreement (and the associated contract) AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax.

Earn More Revenue

ChinaTravelHub.com is one of the most successful travel agencies in China. Many travel services have joined the Global Partner Program and received great profits.

Based on our very low wholesale land only price, you can set your own retail price, which you think is reasonable according to your local condition. After a customer books some service from you, you collect the payment amount directly

You should wire transfer the full land only payment amount to us two weeks prior to the departure date. Otherwise we will cancel the booking.

The land price covers expenses incurred in China for transportation, sightseeing, accommodation at hotels specified or comparable hotels, meals as mentioned, tour guide service, and handling of one piece of luggage weighing no more than 20 k.g.s (44 lbs). No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the passengers' belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.

The land price does not include International flights; airport taxes and fees; passports; and visas application fees; tips to tour director, drivers, and in some cases, local city guides; gratuities on ferries and cruise ships; laundry, meals not on the itinerary; optional excursions; all other items of a personal nature.

Circumstances out of our control may occur. We reserve the right to change itineraries or cancel any tour prior to its departure for any reason. In the event of cancellation, we will refund any deposits and/ or payments prior to such cancellation.

Confidentiality

Except with the consent of the other party, each party agrees that all information concerning the other party, including, without limitation, the terms of this Agreement, business and financial information, customer and vendor lists, and pricing and sales information, will remain confidential and will not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by such party for any purpose except and to the extent
(a) necessary to complete obligations under this Agreement or
(b) that any such information is known or available to the public through a source or sources other than such party or any Partner of such party.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

You, if you are a company, are duly organized, validly existing and in good standing, and are qualified and/or licensed to do business in all jurisdictions to the extent necessary to carry out your obligations under this Agreement.

You, or if you are a company, the person entering into this Agreement on your behalf are an adult of at least 18 years of age.

This Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms.

You have the full right and authority to enter into and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to perform your obligations under this Agreement, without the approval or consent of any other party.

Miscellaneous

Each party will at all times be deemed to be an independent contractor with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and nothing contained in this Agreement will be deemed or construed in any manner as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary or other similar relationship.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any party.

You have independently evaluated this Agreement and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement from us or anyone else, other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Between you and your service providers (if any) maybe agree with each other a different policy but you must warrant that your service providers abide by this Agreement.

If you agree to abide by this Agreement and send the partner application form to us. At the time you get our Global Partner Program confirm letter, this Agreement is effected.

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior agreements and communications we may have had, oral or written.

The headings and titles contained in this Agreement are included for convenience only, and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this Agreement.
